Be focused in your decision what to practice." I am learning to play guitar. I've played for a while, but I am really trying to learn how to play. I used to pick up the guitar and just mess around with whatever came to my head and it was fun, and I got a bit better, but I have seen an incredible improvement in the simple practice sessions when I have a goal of what I want to learn and I stick to it.
